High BP, the Poisoner

If you are with a group of 3 friends, give a look around; one of you will have high blood pressure. Unfortunately, as there are no diagnostics, you might not even be attentive of it. Untreated high bloodpressure can even give way to kidney failure, congestive heart failure, heart attack, stroke or even heart failure. The consequences of high Blood pressure are very harmful, so all of us must never take it carelessly.

Our brain needs smooth flow of blood to accomplish its many roles. Very high, sustained BP will ultimately lead blood vessels to crack up. The seepage of blood from these teared blood vessels is very much possible in the brain. If it takes place then that area of brain turns out to be dead and numb, which can lead to a stroke, a harmful. There are multiple thin arteries found in brain & if any of these get restricted by a blood lump then it leads to a stroke. Characteristics of a stroke consist of sudden dumbness or weakness of the face, arm or leg, specially on one side of your body, dilemma, problem speaking, or in vision & immediate severe headache.
